Just wanted to let Diamond Services Contract know that the successes of WTB were due in large part because of the team you have in there at the present time. Future successes for WTB will undoubtedly center around the people you have there now as well. I’m sure you know this, but having observed your manager’s work ethics on a daily basis, I wanted to let you know what my feelings are towards that type of dedication.  During the duration of the contract, I did not receive 1 complaint, which certainly would have gone up the flagpole, and on the spot corrections were taken care of immediately. These are facts that you won’t know about as the prime contractor.
